If you ordered a "custom/made to order" piece, the production time is about 30days, depending on order's volume.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business day using Colissimo / Fedex or other. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping to every country. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RubbertwunkStore is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
