If you ordered a "custom/made to order" piece, the production time is about 30days, depending on order's volume.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business day using Colissimo or other. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping to every country. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RubbertwunkStore is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Latex is a delicate material and has to be manipulated with caution. That's why we include a guide in latex's orders to help you with this matter.

Tearing your latex while putting it on can happen if you are not cautious. We cannot accept returns if this happens and we don't have a repair service yet. Once again, that's why we strngly advise to proceed with caution with your latex.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@rubbertwunk.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We will communicate an adress to return the product/s.
