If you ordered a "custom/made to order" piece, the production time is about 30days, depending on order's volume.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business day using Colissimo or other. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping to every country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RubbertwunkStore is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Latex, a delicate material, requires cautious handling. A provided guide aids in this task. Exercise care while donning latex to avoid tears, as we do not accept returns or offer repairs in such cases. Emphasizing the need for caution, we do not allow returns for made-to-measure items.
Returns and refunds are not available for made to measure orders since they are crafted specifically to the customer's measurements.
Reshipment expenses are your responsibility.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@rubbertwunk.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We will communicate an adress to return the product/s.

Styled with Classic Baggy Chino, Shirt or turtleneck sweater it is very elegant and a high Fashion Peace.
You really Need a high waist trousers. With Short slim fit Jeans don‘t fit well.
The Color I thought is more darker. Like a Bordeaux Vino. It Looks more Like the Tango red on photos in my opinion.
